List of Committees, Committee Chairs, Committees Rules, Expectations and Application

As set forth in our ERCA Bylaws (Article Seven), the Board of Directors appoints committees that are tasked to collect feedback and act on suggestions for changes and improvements from our members (Property Owners). The committees are structured in such a way that at least one Board Member sits on each committee as a liaison to the Board. This way, your questions, comments and suggestions can be brought up at a committee for discussion and possible action. Committee Meeting times are on the Calendar.  (Bylaws will be reviewed by 2025).
